Formulation of A Time 2 Talk –
A Time 2 Talk is a web site created with the individual in mind that feel they have no where to turn, but have something they want to know more information about, or something on their mind that is bothering them, or something that they want to discuss with someone without feeling judged or intimidated.
Society has conditioned us to believe that if we go talk to someone (i.e. counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, etc.) then we must be “crazy”! Well that couldn’t be further from the truth.
A Time 2 Talk’s philosophy is that we all have some degree of mental disturbance at some point and time in our lives. It is how we choose to cope with those disturbances that will determine our mental state. Therefore, those who “do not” find a healthy way to cope (i.e. talk to a counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, etc.) are those who may actually be the ones to go “crazy”.
Here is where you can find peace, comfort, guidance, support, encouragement, empowerment, and resources to assist you with issues that may be disturbing you.
Is it time for you to talk to someone? Contact us now to start your journey to feeling better, reaching your maximum potential, and having a caring, empathetic, licensed professional to talk to “because there will come a time when you must talk”. The time is now!
